Because we believe we can serve the Payson community more effectively by multiplying what God has already built here rather than starting everything from scratch.
Launching as one church in multiple locations allows the new campus to begin with strong leadership, healthy systems, proven ministry strategies, and shared resources already in place. Instead of spending years building infrastructure — staffing, governance, finances, and operational systems — we can focus immediately on what matters most: reaching people, making disciples, and building a healthy local church community.
A campus model allows us to move faster, steward resources wisely, and provide long-term stability — while still creating a distinct local community shaped by the people and needs of Payson.
In short, we are not sending something new — we are multiplying something healthy.

Technically we can. But the effectiveness is limited. CenterPoint meets a "Sunday morning" culture. We're utilizing every minute of Sunday morning already over 4 services.

Yes — in the ways that matter most. The Payson campus will share the same mission, teaching, culture, and ministry philosophy as CenterPoint in Orem.

At the same time, it will have its own local leadership, community, and personality shaped by the people of Payson.
Same church. Same heartbeat. Lived out in a new place.

The same warm atmosphere, although in a different facility. Yes, there will be a cafe serving coffee :) It will feature the same Sunday message (occasionally live and occasionally on video broadcast from Orem), live worship lead by CenterPoint bands you're used to with the same songs we currently sing; and its own dedicated staff including a full time Campus Pastor whose sole job is to shepherd the Payson campus community

South County is already the residence of more than a third of our church (a staple for successful campus launches) but more importantly the mission field in this region is largely unmet.

This is an unknown. But renovation has begun, and  we are hoping Lord-willing to launch our first services sometime in the fall of 2026.

We plan to launch with CP Kids — our church experience for children that runs alongside adult services. Youth gatherings will be developed in the future.
Earlier this year, we intentionally moved our primary youth programming to Wednesday nights at our Orem campus. This allows students from Payson to participate midweek with the full community of our junior high and high school students.
